Misrepresentation of military service consists of a person misrepresenting that person's self as having served or currently serving in the United States armed forces for the intentional taking of anything of value based on the person's military service. Whoever commits misrepresentation of military service is guilty of a misdemeanor. History: Laws 2018, ch. 5, § 1.
