Any person subject to Chapter 20 NMSA 1978 who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, aircraft or unit with which he is required in the course of duty to move shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. History: 1978 Comp., § 20-12-22, enacted by Laws 1989, ch. 337, § 21.
