Termination of scholarships

A scholarship is terminated upon the substantial noncompliance by the award recipient with the New Mexico Scholars Act or the rules promulgated by the department pursuant to that act. History: Laws 1989, ch. 212, § 8; 1991, ch. 262, § 20; 2013, ch. 171, § 5.
