ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 226, § 54 repealed 22-14-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 324, § 1, transferring the division of the services for the blind of the health and social services department to the vocational rehabilitation division of the department of education, effective July 1, 1993.
