Powers and duties

The board is a body corporate under the name of the board of trustees of the miners' hospital of New Mexico and has the power to sue and be sued, contract, acquire land by purchase or donation and to do all other things necessary to carry out its duties. The board shall supervise and control all functions of the operation and management of the miners' hospital of New Mexico. History: 1953 Comp., § 13-6-3, enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 19, § 2.
