Disclosure statements filed with the aging and long-term

services department for public inspection. No later than July 1, 2022 and each year thereafter, within one hundred eighty days after the end of a community's fiscal year, a provider shall provide a copy of the disclosure statement and any amendments to that statement to the aging and long-term services department for public inspection during regular working hours.
