Nothing in the Health Care Consolidation Oversight Act limits the authority of the attorney general to protect consumers in the health care market or to protect the economy of the state or any significant part of the state insofar as health care is concerned under any state or federal law. The authority of the attorney general to maintain competitive markets and prosecute state and federal antitrust and unfair competition violations shall not be narrowed, abrogated or otherwise altered by that act History: 1978 Comp., § 24A-9-10, enacted by Laws 2025, ch. 50, § 11.
