Department of health; duties; transfer of licensing duties

Except for administration of the medical cannabis registry, the power, duty and authority of the department of health related to the medical cannabis program shall be transferred to the division on the effective date of the Cannabis Regulation Act. History: Laws 2021 (1st S.S.), ch. 4, § 5.
