Applicability

Federal food and drug administration-approved products that contain psilocybin shall be exempt from the Medical Psilocybin Act, with the exception that such products shall be authorized for use: A. in any research conducted by state research universities or health care providers pursuant to grants awarded through the medical psilocybin research fund; and B. by qualified patients whose treatments may be funded through the medical psilocybin treatment equity fund.
