Notwithstanding any other law, a person is not civilly or criminally liable for providing access to documentary material pursuant to the Medicaid False Claims Act [27-14-1 NMSA 1978] to a person identified in Subsection B of Section 5 of that act. History: Laws 2004, ch. 49, § 6.
