Interagency cooperation

A. State agencies and public and private schools shall cooperate with a law enforcement agency that is investigating a missing person report and shall furnish any information that will assist the law enforcement agency in completing the investigation. B. Information provided by a state agency or a public or private school shall not be released to any person outside the law enforcement agency or the clearinghouse, except as provided by rule of the department of public safety.
