Board of directors; powers

The power to make and alter bylaws or rules and regulations for the management and operation of the works of the association, and the control and conduct of its business and affairs, shall be in the board of directors. History: 1953 Comp., § 14-27-8, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 300.
