Hospitals declared necessary public buildings

The legislature declares that hospitals are necessary public buildings with respect to which counties may borrow money for construction, purchase, renovation, remodeling, equipping or re-equipping and acquisition of necessary land. History: 1978 Comp., § 4-48B-27, enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 83, § 27.
