Nothing contained in this act [41-12-1, 41-12-2 NMSA 1978] shall be construed so as to affect or limit the liability of any person or entity identified in Section 1 [41-12-1 NMSA 1978] of this act which: A. relates to the transportation of participants in a sports program to or from a game, event or practice; or B. is not a part of a formally organized nonprofit sports program.
