A seller of mobile homes shall not pay or offer cash or other consideration other than rent to the owner of a mobile home park or his agent for the purpose of reserving spaces or otherwise inducing acceptance of one or more mobile homes in a mobile home park. History: Laws 1983, ch. 122, § 13.
