Schedule of compliance

In approving subdivision plats, the board of county commissioners may require the subdivider to set forth a schedule of compliance with county subdivision regulations that is acceptable to the board of county commissioners. History: 1953 Comp., § 70-5-24, enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 348, § 24.
