Purposes

The purposes of the Regional Spaceport District Act are to: A. serve the public by providing for the development of a southwest regional spaceport; B. allow multi-jurisdictional cooperation in the creation of a southwest regional spaceport; C. provide for the promotion of the southwest regional spaceport; and D. foster tourism in the cities and counties comprising the district.
