Filing of decree of dissolution

In case the district court enters a decree dissolving a corporation, it shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to file a certified copy of the decree with the corporation commission [secretary of state]. No fee shall be charged by the commission [secretary of state] for the filing thereof. History: 1953 Comp., § 51-14-103, enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 217, § 61.
