Supplemental principles of law; rate of interest

A. Unless displaced by particular provisions of the Uniform Revised Limited Partnership Act, the principles of law and equity supplement that act. B. If an obligation to pay interest arises pursuant to the Uniform Revised Limited Partnership Act and the rate is not specified, the rate is that specified in Section 56-8-4 NMSA 1978 for judgments and decrees.
