Officers

The officers of an association shall consist of a president, one or more vice presidents, a secretary and other officers as prescribed by the bylaws. Officers shall be elected by majority vote of the board of directors. History: 1953 Comp., § 48-15-66, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 61, § 22.
