Appeal rights and court review

Any person aggrieved or directly affected by a final order of the director may obtain a review of the order in the district court pursuant to the provisions of Section 39-3-1.1 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 1987, ch. 311, § 4; 1999, ch. 265, § 58.
