Limitation of sales of medicare supplement policies

and other policies designed to reimburse or pay as the result of hospitalization for hospital, medical or surgical expenses. The superintendent may establish reasonable rules and regulations to restrict the sale of medicare supplement policies and other policies designed to reimburse or pay as the result of hospitalization for hospital, medical or surgical expenses that result in over-insurance to an insured.
