Changes in plan or articles

The governing committee of the New Mexico property insurance program may, on its own initiative or at the request of the superintendent of insurance, amend the plan and articles, subject to approval by the superintendent. History: 1978 Comp., § 59A-29-5, enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 61, § 5.
