Examination of association; financial reports

The association is subject to the superintendent's examination and regulation pursuant to Chapter 59A, Article 4 NMSA 1978. The board of directors shall submit, not later than June 30 each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year prepared by an independent certified public accountant acceptable to the superintendent. The financial report shall be in a form approved by the superintendent. History: Laws 1999, ch. 60, § 13.
