Definitions

As used in the Bicycle Racing Act: A. "commission" means the bicycle racing commission; B. "bicycle racing" means racing at Keiren velodrome bicycle-racing tracks approved by the commission; C. "license" means a license for a racing meet issued under the provisions of the Bicycle Racing Act; and D. "secretary" means the executive secretary of the commission. History: Laws 1991, ch. 233, § 2.
