Display of license

Each license issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall contain a statement of the name and address of the licensee, date of issuance and date of expiration. Any such license issued for the conduct of any games of bingo or pull-tab shall be conspicuously displayed at the place where the games are to be conducted. History: Laws 2009, ch. 81, § 16.
