Gaming control board to administer act

The gaming control board shall implement the state's policy on games of chance consistent with the provisions of the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act. It shall fulfill all duties assigned to it pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act, and it shall have the authority necessary to carry out those duties. History: Laws 2009, ch. 81, § 3.
