A. The return or repossession of any stock of alcoholic beverages to or by any licensed New Mexico wholesaler shall not be construed as a sale within the meaning of any provision of the Liquor Control Act [60-3A-1 NMSA 1978]. B. The provisions of Subsection A of this section shall apply in case of the return or repossession of any alcoholic beverages to or by a nonresident licensee by or from any New Mexico wholesaler.
