Criminal offender's character evaluation. (Repealed

effective July 1, 2030.) The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 NMSA 1978] shall govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by the Architectural Act [61-15-1.1 NMSA 1978].
