Any person properly licensed pursuant to the Collection Agency Act [61-18A-1 NMSA 1978] on the effective date of the enactment of the Collection Agency Regulatory Act is eligible to be granted a license under the provisions of the Collection Agency Regulatory Act. History: Laws 1987, ch. 252, § 33.
