Definitions

As used in the Public Regulation Commission Act: A. "agency" means the organization supporting the commission, including all employees; B. "commission" means the public regulation commission created by Article 11, Section 1 of the constitution of New Mexico; C. "commissioner" means a person appointed to the commission; and D. "person" means an individual, corporation, firm, partnership, association, joint venture or similar legal entity.
