Unlawful interference with the flight of aircraft

Any person discharging a firearm or setting in flight any missile, projectile or object intended to strike or collide with any flying aircraft shall be guilty of unlawful interference with the flight of an aircraft. History: 1953 Comp., § 44-1-18, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 34, § 2.
