Authority to administer oaths

Officers and employees of the department designated by the secretary or secretary's delegate are, for the purpose of administering the motor vehicle laws, authorized to administer oaths and acknowledge signatures. History: 1953 Comp., § 64-2-6, enacted by Laws 1978, ch. 35, § 10; 1999, ch. 49, § 1.
