License fee for dealers, wholesalers, distributors, auto

recyclers and title service companies. For a license to do business as a dealer, wholesaler, distributor or any combination of the foregoing or as an auto recycler or as a title service company, there shall be paid a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each license year or portion thereof.
