Execution of securities

Any security shall be executed in the name of and on behalf of the authority and signed by the chairman of the board, with the seal of the authority affixed thereto and attested by the secretary of the authority. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-38-63, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 156, § 63.
