Election of first board of directors

At the first election of board members for a conservancy district one of the candidates shall be elected for a two year term, two candidates for four year terms and two candidates for six year terms. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-28-54, enacted by Laws 1961, ch. 67, § 7.
