Vacancies on board; how filled

If a vacancy occurs on a conservancy district board of directors the remaining board members shall appoint by majority vote a qualified elector of the district to serve the unexpired term of the vacant office. History: 1953 Comp., § 75-28-55, enacted by Laws 1961, ch. 67, § 8.
