Per diem and mileage

Members of the board of directors shall receive no salaries, but the members shall be entitled to be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of the Per Diem and Mileage Act [10-8-1 to 10-8-8 NMSA 1978]. History: 1953 Comp., § 45-5-33, enacted by Laws 1957, ch. 210, § 15; 2003, ch. 228, § 7.
