Limitation of liability

The director and members and employees of a district board of directors are not responsible for errors in judgment, mistakes or other acts of commission or omission except for their own individual acts of dishonesty or crime. History: 1953 Comp., § 45-24-7, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 107, § 7.
