Injunctions; appeals of decisions of the department

A. The department may apply to the district court for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of the New Mexico Commercial Feed Act or the rules promulgated in accordance with that act. B. A person adversely affected by an act, order or ruling made pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Commercial Feed Act may appeal the decision as provided in Section 39-3-1.1 NMSA 1978.
