Definitions

As used in the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Department Act: A. "department" means the homeland security and emergency management department; and B. "secretary" means the secretary of homeland security and emergency management. History: Laws 2007, ch. 291, § 3; 2009, ch. 250, § 3.
