Deposits

(a) A bank may, consistent with applicable law and safe and sound banking practices, offer all types of deposit accounts upon such terms and conditions as the bank considers appropriate. (b) A bank shall secure insurance for its deposits from the FDIC. (2012-56, s. 4.)
