Reporting Requirement. The Secretary of Finance in collaboration with the Director of the Division of Customs and Biosecurity shall report, on the collection and expenditure of all fines, fees and penalties collected pursuant to 1 CMC § 25203, on a quarterly basis to the Presiding Officers of the Legislature.
