Short Title

Short Title. This article shall be known and may be cited as the Rota Street Directory Act of 1990. Source: Rota LL 7-1, § 1. Commission Comment: Rota LL 7-1 took effect December 28, 1990. According to Rota LL 7-1, § 2: Section 2. Purpose. The First Northern Marianas Senatorial Delegation finds and declares that an orderly system for the naming of public buildings and streets and numbering of buildings and properties on Rota is necessary to provide for: (a) The door-to-door delivery of mail by the United States Post Office Department; (b) The public safety and welfare of the citizens of Rota; and (c) The convenience of the public.
