Definitions. For the purpose of this article, unless it is otherwise provided or the context requires a different construction, application or meaning: (a) “Commission” means the Rota Street Directory Commission established by 10 CMC § 1303. (b) “Street” means a way or place of whatever nature on the island of Rota, publicly maintained and open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel. Street includes highway.
