Rota Street Directory Commission. (a) There is hereby established a Rota Street Directory Commission which shall consist of the Mayor of Rota, the resident director of Public Works or his designee, and the resident director of Public Safety or his designee. (b) The commission shall meet regularly to complete and adopt a uniform plan for the naming of public buildings and streets and numbering of buildings and properties. Upon the adoption of such uniform plan, the commission shall meet as necessary to revise or add to the plan. (c) After the commission adopts a uniform plan, the commission shall meet regularly to complete and adopt a local plan for the naming of public streets and numbering of buildings and properties on Rota. The local plan shall be consistent with the uniform plan adopted by the commission. Upon the adoption of the local plan as a local law, it shall be effective for the island of Rota.
