Repeal — Rota Municipal Code. All provisions of the Rota Municipal Code pertaining to the licensing of cockfighting, bingo, or batu (batto), including but not limited to those found in Section 6.10 and Section 6.11 of the Rota Municipal Code, are hereby expressly repealed and superseded by this Act.
