Removal and Disposal of Junk Parts. Any party or agent thereof responsible for bringing, importing, shipping, or transporting junk parts onto the island of Rota or within its waters shall remove and dispose of such junk parts and shall bear the costs of such. Such action shall be undertaken immediately but in no case later than 30 days after the part in question meets the definition of junk part as set forth herein, or after notification by the mayor of same, whichever occurs first.
