Failure to Remove and Dispose of Junk Parts: Mayor’s Office Notification. If a party fails to remove junk parts as required in 10 CMC § 1603 the mayor’s office shall issue a notification to the party demanding immediate removal. If the party fails to commence removal actions, a second notice shall be issued in the same manner as the first by the mayor’s office to the offending party seven days after the first notification.
