Penalties

Penalties. The following penalties shall be imposed on any party found in violation of the provisions of this chapter: (1) For the first violation, a fine of not more than $100 per day shall be imposed until the junk part(s) is removed in compliance with the provisions herein; and (2) For any second or subsequent violation, a fine of not more than $500 per day shall be imposed until the junk part(s) is removed in compliance with the provisions herein.
